We wanted to stay in the heart of the Medina instead of a faceless hotel on the outskirts, and Riad Zen House looked perfect and didn't disappoint. The amazing staff were friendly and helpful and the Riad itself was just as pictured.

Located at the top of the Medina we were ideally sighted for exploring all it's ancient wonders but also close enough to explore the new town of an evening too. Thank you Riad Zen house for a fantastic stay.

I was with my boyfriend in Marrakech for only 3 nights and the riad was beautiful. The location is perfect- just outside the busiest areas of the Medina but still only a short walk to the main square.
The staff were lovely. Even the ones who did not speak the same language as us went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The riad is great value for money and if we ever come back to Marrakech I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This was a lucky find.

Would highly recommend, especially for couples, it has a romantic feel to it.
The staff are lovely, all very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are comfortable, it is in the Medina so you can walk to the souks and Jamaa El Fna, although be prepared to get lost! I had breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace and it was so peaceful and quiet, all i could hear was bird song.

Our stay at the riad was absolutely perfect. Ibrahim, Souad, and Oussama made sure we were always looked after. They were all very helpful when having to guide us through the city or booking tables, taxies and excursions.
The riad has a 3 layered terrace which is great for relaxing and exercising. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and very clean.
We highly recommend this riad!

My boyfriend and myself found this riad through a groupon deal. There were no issues with making a reservation or using the voucher. We were also offered transport to and from the airport, which we really appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the riad itself is beautifully decorated and feels like a calm little oasis following the often chaotic souk. Location wise it is in the north of the medina, about a 20-30 min walk to the main square and a 20 min walk to the new city. We enjoyed being able to choose where to go, either into the hustle and bustle of the old town or going to a restaurant in the new town for dinner. It is very close to the taxi rank, so getting a cab was usually no problem. Some youths tried to show us where to go once when we got lost, and even though we said no, they continued and then asked for money once we got to the riad. The riad staff were however very good and helpful at dealing with this and this is just something to be aware of when in Marrakech.
The breakfast in the morning consisted of different breads and pancakes with jam, honey and butter. Alternatively with either yoghurt or fruit salad and always plenty of tea or coffee. We also had dinner in the riad one evening- this was truly delicious and one of the best meals we had! And very good value for money!
All staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming throughout our stay and made every effort to make our stay as interesting and relaxing as possible. They gave us numerous good tips and went out of their way to help us. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!
