The Riad is truly beautiful inside, a real bubble of clam away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. It is very easy to get to, being located right by the big taxi rank outside the medina walls and the bus stop. Unlike many of the other riads nearer the centre, it is really easy to find your way back to due to the location, and is in a quiet part of the medina. It is supposed to be around 20 mins walk to the main square, it took us ~ an hour as we got pretty lost in the Souks, but that's all part of being in Marrakech. If you stayed more than one day I am sure you would get the hang of it quickly :) It is also a great location for visiting the Jardin Majorelle - a wonderful tranquil gardens about a 10 min walk away, outside the walls.

The rooms were beautiful and comfy and the breakfast and lunch were both absolutely delicious. The Wifi is great, a really good connection. Note - the 'pool' is more of a large bath (which was obvious from the photos).

The owners could not have been more helpful, going out of their way to make sure our stay was as nice as possible, and they even helped us get a cab back to the airport really cheaply from the taxi rank.

We only stayed one night but I could have stayed for a week. Would recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Room Tip: The room above the stairs has a sofa, which the middle room doesn't.

We wanted to stay in the heart of the Medina instead of a faceless hotel on the outskirts, and Riad Zen House looked perfect and didn't disappoint. The amazing staff were friendly and helpful and the Riad itself was just as pictured.

Located at the top of the Medina we were ideally sighted for exploring all it's ancient wonders but also close enough to explore the new town of an evening too. Thank you Riad Zen house for a fantastic stay.

I was with my boyfriend in Marrakech for only 3 nights and the riad was beautiful. The location is perfect- just outside the busiest areas of the Medina but still only a short walk to the main square.
The staff were lovely. Even the ones who did not speak the same language as us went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The riad is great value for money and if we ever come back to Marrakech I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This was a lucky find.

Would highly recommend, especially for couples, it has a romantic feel to it.
The staff are lovely, all very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are comfortable, it is in the Medina so you can walk to the souks and Jamaa El Fna, although be prepared to get lost! I had breakfast on the sunny rooftop terrace and it was so peaceful and quiet, all i could hear was bird song.

Our stay at the riad was absolutely perfect. Ibrahim, Souad, and Oussama made sure we were always looked after. They were all very helpful when having to guide us through the city or booking tables, taxies and excursions.
The riad has a 3 layered terrace which is great for relaxing and exercising. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and very clean.
We highly recommend this riad!
