We had a 4 night stay at Riad Khol in early April, from the minute we entered through the front door we were knew we had made the right choice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, Ousmane is a fantastic host. The Riad is packed full of authentic features, cozy places to sit and a great roof terrace where we sat out in the evenings. The decor is dark and at night they light candles which gives the place a magical feel. We stayed in the Chypre Rouge room upstairs, its a lovely spacious dark purple room with adjoining bathroom with shower. The location of the Riad at the far north-west end of the Souks is perfect for walking into and down to the Jemaa el-Fnaa, my advice would be take a compass as you can walk for hours inside the labyrinth of shops and loose all sense of direction. The Riad is a welcome sanctuary after a day in the Souks! We booked the 20 Euro transfer from the airport which was well worth the money as finding the Riad would be tricky first time. We also hired a car for two days and there is a good on-street car park 5 mins walk from the Riad.
I would not hesitate to recommend Riad Khol and we hope to return to Marrakesh very soon.

It's a very cozy and very charming place in the middle of a good quarter of the Medina. The rooftop terrace and the service is amazing! You can order freshly cooked lunch/ dinner and they'll serve you whereever you wish in the hotel (choose your spot on the terrace!) Super nice sunsets with a view over the city! Staff acts like 5 star trained, very discreet, polite, friendly and they do anything to serve you! Felt like home, like it's the perfect escape from the busy life going on in the Medina. Great WIFI! Unfortunately the pool is only (pretty) decoration. And also a common problem in the medina: the spot shown on google maps typing in the address, is not the correct location, but once you know the place, it's easy to find. Can definitely recommend to stay there!

Really charming and cosy riad, the rooms are also very authentic and with a great design.

The pool is only decoration and the picture is very misleading.

Also don't eat at the hotel it is really not worth it. Breakfast is very boring but I think it matches the standards in the area.

The neighborhood is what it is but the hotel is great and the staff was very friendly.

A tip would be to have dinner at le jardin which is quite close.

I know it is the area and not the hotel to blame but I really missed a glass of wine or beer. So next time I will stay in the new city

It was a little difficult to find but luckily we had our private driver who helped us find the riad you have to go true very small streets to get there and when you you enter the door it feels so nice and quiet. We had a beautiful room good bathroom and the rooftop terrace is so beautiful I think this riad is Marrakech chic. The staff is helpful an really nice! I enjoyed our night in the riad.

If you are looking for a cozy, traditional and well-serviced place to stay in during your vacation I definetely recommend this hotel. I felt like home. The room was very nice placed in the centre of Medina so you need to arm yourself with patience and good legs for the long walks on the busy streets. The room was beautiful and well-serviced, as the entire hotel that has it's magic.
But my best congratulations goes to Mr. Issam - the multitasking employee that was very patience, available and made our vacation an unique experience in Marocco helping us with all the necessary info and providing excellent services to all our requests.
