It was a sunny morning, we arrived at Amal's second training center by taking a taxi. The driver didn't really know the location so we called the center to talk to the driver.
There were a total of 6 participants in the cooking class. Altogether we cooked Chicken Tagine, Beef Tagine and Couscous with Chicken. The instructor was a chef at the center, who was a local Moroccan woman. She didn't speak English so there was a volunteer translating for us.
We spent the whole morning cooking and touring at the center. The food was ready at around 12. In fact, these tagines and couscous were the most delicious I've tried in Morocco. The ingredients were fresh and abundant, which I think is rare in the restaurants on the street.
