I stayed in this hotel attending a conference. It was nicely located close to the conference facility.

The room was nice and neat with a balcony. That is about all.

There is no wifi in the room. The only wifi or any interent access for that matter was in the hotel foyer, and this did not even function well all the time - had to go back to sit in the foyer to catch up on e-mails. The bar fridge in the room was empty. There is no facility to make tea or coffee in the room. There is a safe in the room, and only after failing to operate the safe was I informed that I needed to pay extra per day to use this facility.

Breakfast was a total disaster. Some mornings there was one chef preparing eggs on a hotplate, and some mornings even this service was not available.

Quite a disappointment for a four star hotel.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel if you want four-star facilities and service

We were on an 8 day tour of Morocco and stayed in 3 different hotels in 3 different cities before staying in this one and I have to say I was not impressed. It definitely does not live up to the standards of a 4 star. The exterior and lobby area is all well and good. However, rooms are basic. Bed is comfortable with good linen and you can get a good poolside view. Room and bathroom are fairly spacious and showers are good but that's about it. No tea or coffee making facilities. No cleaning or tidying up of rooms even after requesting. No bottles of water provided. No replacement of towels. Wifi is non existent in the room but a good connection in the lobby. Breakfast below average. We had lunch the one day and dinner another. It was alright. Food at the cafes and JEF definitely better. Staff were polite and friendly. I would not willingly book this hotel in the future as i am sure there are better hotels in this tourist hub.

Overall this is a good hotel. The staff could be more friendly, however waiters in the bar were accurate and nice. Rooms are spacious, bathroom are good with a walk-in shower. Very nice pool area. Halfboard is not really recommended. Breakfast is poor. And dinner was disappointing. Food not fresh and cold. Pizza's reheated more than once. Also not a lot of choice. Staff unfriendly and slow.location is good. Easy reach to the old city and very close to the Menara shopping mall. Nice terraces on walking distance.

Lastly location is far (35 min walk) from the souks and medina where all the action happens

I've been there few times before and the last time was 5 years ago. I find it excellent value for money , good clean rooms, Lobby,position,etc...but not happy with the kitchen and what they cook specially for diner...The breakfast was'nt too bad but in the evenings was not good at all.. So we spoke to the assistant manager,Mr.Ali Agdili and he invited us to dine at the restaurant next door and the food got slightly better. He acknowledged the fact that there is a problem in the kitchen department and will sort it out.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back have a view to the pool and much more quite.
