Very convenient location within walking distance to the square. Our host, Aziz, was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips in regards to what we could check out (and how to get there) in Marrakech.

The riad provides a driver to pick you up from the airport for 20 euros. It's expensive but we wouldn't have done it differently. Our driver gave us a tour of the old city as we entered it. Once we got out of the car we were approached by 4-5 people trying to help us carry our luggage, and our driver fended them off for us (we speak neither Arabic or French).

The check-in process was about an hour. It felt too long to me because I was very tired. However, Aziz gave us a ton of useful tips and information on sightseeing.

The room was air-conditioned, clean, and comfortable. Don't be surprised that you cannot lock the door to your room. There were a variety of breads during breakfast. You can also have all the mint teas and orange juice you want without any charge at any time!

Room Tip: There are 2 floors- I would recommend to ask to stay on the 2nd floor.

We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute .
Aziz and his team are excellent at what they do , attentive but not intrusive.
Aziz welcomed us on our first night with morrocan tea and lots of helpful information for our stay ,directions , attractions , do's and don'ts etc ;
We were escorted almost into the main square and shown what to watch for to make our way back alone which is very easy once you've done it once .
Next morning the lovely Aziza served us breakfast in the open courtyard under the orange trees , freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade pancakes were delicious.
The medina is like nothing I've ever experienced before , hot , busy ,vibrant , colourful , an attack on all the senses in the most wonderful way I absolutely loved it .
After just a 10 minute stroll home you're back in this peaceful cool haven to total relaxation.
I would highly recommend this riad they deserve all the good reviews they get and we will be back .

Said, Aziza, Yassine, Jamaal, Majda - in fact all the members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, Aziz, takes a personal interest in making your time in Marrakech smooth. They really know hospitality and the interaction is not transactional. So accommodating of special requests, special times etc. and they have great information and recommendations for everything. All without being obtrusive in any way. Such a contrast from some other places where we stayed and felt treated as just walking wallets.

Room Tip: Veg./Vegan: the Lebanese restau, Naranj (meat options too) close by is excellent & beats Earth C...

Staying here made a fast one-day trip into Marrakesh easy and fun. I did the airport pickup both ways, and dinner in the Riad (which was excellent).

Great grounds, easy to access/find, and they have lots of books to exchange. Aziz and staff are great at mapping out where the sights are too. I'd highly recommend. They supply lots of water and my good had good AC.

The riad host made sure we got everything we needed during our stay and went extra miles to provide in-city travel guidance/advice and other services such as arranging breakfast and taxi for early departure.
