Small hotel with character. Beautiful indoor courtyard and rooftop terrace. Hosts are very helpful and go out of the way to make sure that your stay in Marrakech is just what you are looking for. They offered suggestions on what to see and tips on getting the most out of the city. They helped us with laundry, train tickets, and travel arrangements. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

The Riad was beautiful, the room large and nice but the best thing were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful. Whatever you needed, they were willing to help. Whenever I asked for suggestions on spas, shopping and restaurants, he gave me any in all price ranges. We tried many of his suggested restaurants and I had to say were the best meals we had. We also tried a inexpensive hammam he knew and it was great and a fraction of the price of others. I also asked him about a tour to ride camels and he mentioned one he knew and again was wonderful. When I asked him about a good place for spices, he offered to buy saffron and other spices for me and the price was cheaper than the places I had checked and, more importantly, were real. All in all, I feel I got a lot more than I paid for!

This riad is not only beautiful, but more importantly Aziz and Syaid are extremely friendly and helpful!! They offer free water and orange juice whenever you like, tasty breakfast and will answer any question you might have (you can literally hear them make the OJ while you wait). They helped us print our boarding passes, carried all of our bags, arranged all taxi pickups, and gave us huge hugs when we left. Beds are very comfortable, room was clean and cozy and shower had hot water. The riad is nice but the hosts are what make it so enjoyable! Highly recommend staying at Aguerzame!!! I would come back in a heartbeat

We spent 5 nights at Riad Aguerzame at the beginning of May. Aziz, Saïd and Laila where the most welcoming hosts. We were pampered, and greeted as friends, The Riad is beautiful, and very, very peaceful. We had a meal in the evening the night we arrived, and it was one of the best of our stay in Marrakech.
Highly Recommended. Thank you so much Aziz, Saïd and Laila.

We booked a room here based on the previous reviews we read and were not disappointed. The hotel was very traditional and in a perfect spot, and the breakfast was huge! But what really made it stand out is the exceptional staff. Having been up since 4am to get our flight, the prospect of wandering around Marrakech was a little daunting but with the amazing advice and recommendations from the manager we had a really full day, after a delicious lunch at a local cafe. We will absolutely be going back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotelto anyone.
