One star down from the Mouradi in Gammarth was reflected in the poorer quality buffet, rooms and lobby. The pool area was nice, and the small bar lively.
Like Gammarth, poorly managed ,reflected in missing room light bulbs ,a broken shower attachment, grubby bath grouting, and sticky stuff on a room table- the room manager should be ashamed of himself.
Management also had the bright idea to locate my room in amongst a group of 20 Spanish students, who, after they had stopped shouting at one another in the corridor till 11.30, piled into the room next to mine , and sang till 2.30. Calls to reception proved useless, as did a 1.30am visit.....Now you may not meet the students, but it all reflects on poor hotel management, and a lack of common sense.More
