The staff are so friendly and willing to help travellers. They always greet with a smile and make check in as easy as possible.

It is a great location as the skyway is a short walk. From there it is an easy travel around most of Bangkok. Also with the new Terminal 21 shopping centre a very short walk away this hotel is a an easy hotel to have travellers.

Room tip: A central location in Bangkok for those wishing to travel around the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel was in a good location which was easy access to almost everything, about a 10-15 minutes walk ( or less ) to Terminal 21 mall and the Asoke BTS station, and in the area were several restaurants and bars. Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable, had all the basic amenities you would need for a good stay in Bangkok. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere not too expensive but with good value.

I stayed for three days at this hotel 29-31 march, the hotel i normally stay at was full and i had not made a pre booking so the hotel referred me to citadines 23 at short notice. I arrived and they were ready and waiting as the hotel i normally stay at had sent all my details by phone prior to arrival.

The receptionist (jamie) was most helpful and pleasant and i could not fault the reception staff at any time during my stay.
I was allocated a room on the eighth floor, i hadnt realised that this was an apartment hotel and it was a pleasant supprise to find a sleeping area with a comfortable bed, and an area with a two seat divan, with a table in front of it, a television that could be slid along the wall to be viewed either in the bedroom or the seating area. the bedroom could be separated from the living area by sliding doors. The bed was very comfortable.

The hanging area had plenty of hangers, and withing that space was a combination safe big enough to take a laptop, also in this area was a small ironing board a seat and a steam irom.

The kitchen area boasted a hotplate stove, microwave . toaster , cutlery and crockery, all in all a modern area with nothing to have to ask for.

Just about the eighth floor via a small staircase is a small pool very adequate on a very hot day and if your into fitness a small but well apointed gym, pool towels are ready and waiting.
There is also a small laundromat and you can get washing powdeer etc from reception.

Houskeeping was great and refilled tea, coffee etc as needed, the lady servicing the room was very pleasant and i tipped her accordingly.

The dining room for breakfast on one morning was a bit busy and some tables had to be shared with others , but the food was good and the egg omelette persons very good at their job.
The only let down for aussies was the asian toaster, but dont let this put you off staying at this hotel because the asian toaster is the same in all hotels, actually when i made brown toast one morning one of the staff said oh youve burnt it too much and i had to explain thats how i like it..

If you dont want to walk to the sky train there is a tuk tuk service at regular intervals to take you and bring you back this was great, although most of the time i walked.. If all Citadines hotels are like this one i would stay again at any of them.

checked in to the hotel in the evening, service was helpful and room was ready on arrival with no difficulties concerning the reservation that we had made online. The room was very clean and well organised with a kitchen and living area including a large desk for study area. The free wifi is fast and very useful. The rooms have great a/c and cable tv making it a comfortable stay. The queen bed was not very comfortable but that is a personal complaint and not a cause for concern but if you don't like a hard bed maybe ask to preference one that is not as hard to sleep on. The staff are very familiar with the local area and can arrange transport during your stay. There are many great massage salons in the street with friendly staff and a few local bars. There is not much choice in the surrounding area for food but very close walking distance to the Terminal 21 mall with an excellent food court. The free shuttle service around the area from the hotel was very useful. Overall the experience was great value for the money in a popular part of the city. The week long stay was without problems and well enjoyed. I would look forward to staying at the hotel again.

This apartment hotel has great location and staff helpful. Even has a free tuk-tuk service. Close to skytrain. Is clean and has all the amenities - microwave and cooking facilities. Has all the satellite TV with lots of channels. Quite a few english pubs nearby if you want western food. Can walk to skytrain - takes around 10 mins and then only around 10 mins train ride to Nana which has great markets.
