The Hotel is clean and organized. The staff at the hotel are cooperative and friendly. The location of the hotel is also convenient for the purpose of my visit (medical checkup at Bumrugrad International Hospital).

This is a simple hotel yet fit for purpose. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.
The hotel is very close to Bumrungrad Hospital and to BTS stations.

Few things to improve:
@the hotel does not have lift( so old or sick people need to talk to the hotel before booking )

@ there is no door badge that says (clean my room) and on the other side it says (do not disturb). Having it is going to avoid the knocking of the doors of the cleaning staff.

@ the hotel has nothing complementary.they are going to charge you even for the water you drink.

@ most of the hotels ( if they have empty rooms) will allow you to late check out . This is not the case with this hotel. You will pay hourly rate for every extra hour you stay beyond your check out.

Generally, If you have no issues with the above then I do recommend the hotel.

We've been commuting to Bangkok for annual checkups at its splendid Bumrungrad Hospital now for nine years. Our health insurance covers the checkup but not the travel costs. Thru trial and error, we've learned the Oasis is the best budget choice in the hospital's vicinity -- better than the Sara Inn, the Asia Inn and all the dodgy joints on Sukhumvit Soi 3. There's no restaurant, but plenty of street food on Soi 1 and the hospital's own attractive cafeteria (Asian foods only) plus McD, Starbucks and Au Bon Pan outlets.

The Oasis has its good points: proximity, big rooms with comfortable beds, big bathrooms, basic kitchenettes, friendly staff, peace and quiet. It has some low points, in particular smallish cockroaches and shower temperature controls that defy regulation, and there's no lift. The Oasis has the quirkiest choice of paint colors we've ever seen in a hotel: chartreuse, purple, deep red, aquamarine. There are plenty of electric outlets and strangely placed controls. The wi-fi is steady and just strong enough.

Room Tip: Avoid the two top front rooms. The bathroom skylights make the rooms very hot on a sunny day.

Stayed here for an astrology conference and found it to be suitable and very close to our location near Bumrungrad Hospital. A short walk to our destination and good coffee place nearby. Folks were friendly and we paid only about 1100 Bht per night. The room was small but served our requirements.

I booked these hotel through booking.com.My reason was saving time and getting more sleeping time before my doctor appointment.I stayed only over night due to my doctor appointment and blood test at next to building Bumrungrad hospital on September 21 early morning. It was awlful and terrible experience too. They took 1290 THB per room per night without breakfast.Actually this price was a little bit high for very old grade budget hotel.Other same price hotel can get limited breakfast and free water bottles with better wide and clean room.Even they didn't provide 2 complimentry water bottles. My wife felt disappointed and feeling stay in jail without window. All door frames and furnitures were damage as attached pictures.Staff were friendly but their owner ignore hotel's cleaning and service.Only positive point for these hotel is 1 minute walking distance to hospital.Remain everything was terrible. So I'll move to Furama Silom hotel this evening. These hotel rooms is suitable for long stay cancer patients and family due to next door is hospital.
