Price is reasonable, near to Suvarnabhumi Airport. value for money as I took the package with free round trip transfer but no breakfast. Remind them of the free airport transfer by email when the expected time of arrival and they will advise you to wait at level 2 or which gate to wait and the driver will be there. Otherwise some hotels charge 250 baht per person.from airport to hotel. The price I paid for was 700 Baht per room with 2 bottles of branded complimentary mineral water.. I had a room with a balcony over looking a swimming pool. The room is modest, clean, with a mini fridge, bathroom attached, an old TV but the Wifi is faulty or not available or the connection is very very poor or feeble. The staff were polite and helpful and attentive. However this 3 star hotel is situated in an alley away from the main road and at night it is very dark and quite frightening when I first arrived but in the morning it was bright and lively. There is a provision shop nearby where I bought mineral water and "Tylenol" or Panadol as my son had fever after coming back from India. As you come out from the main entrance of the hotel, turn right and walk straight to the main road and then turn right again and walk straight about 200 metres roughly about 10 minutes walk, you will reach the Passeo Mall. Here you can find almost all the things you need. food and supermarket, McDonald's, KFC, all kinds of Pizza, Starbucks Coffee, Black Canyon Coffee, Cafeteria, Burgers and all kinds of fast food and cakes too. I would recommend this hotel if you are on transit for 1 or 2 days.but bear in mind this is not a luxurious hotel but it is value for money and you get what you paid for without having to break your bank account. The only inconvenience, was the Wifi was faulty, needs changing the modem or upgrade maintenance. So do not have high expectation of a 4 or 5 star hotel. I would certainly give a higher rating if the Wifi was accessible. Always tell them clearly and indicate at what time you want to leave for the airport. Most probably you have to pay for the airport transfer unless your voucher states very clearly free round trip Airport transfer. They are very accommodating, when I check out, I left my bags at the counter as I wanted to have lunch at the Passeo Mall moreover. it was too early to move to the airport.

Not at all as advertised in pictures and description. Arrived late, booking not found, took a good 10min. Got a twin room as a couple and asking for queen or king, they only offer these to long term guests (lol). Apparently one night at an airport hotel doesn't count!

Room was clean but outdated, the pictures are truly photoshopped. Bed was truly basic with hard spring mattress. Tv broken and from the nineties, even the remote was broken and taped (that's three more lol's)
Only one towel in a twin room. Had to ask for more which took 20 mins. Ac malfunctioning and pumping out Antarctica climate! Pool was a bit dirty with bugs and leaves, not really that well maintained. Parking was a few spaces down the road, shared with huge coaches...... I'd like to like this hotel as I was looking foward to it for one last night in thailand but, like past exes, hard to like and not much to love.

Room was clean. Close to restaurants and 7 eleven.

My husband & I stayed at the cottage hotel for one night on our way back home travelling through Thailand's many different provinces. For one night I would say the hotel is convenient and priced right. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast for us was included and there was enough options for everyone. If you are planning to go to the night market it's not close by via Taxi so maybe a alternative hotel would be best in that respect unless you are simply going for a night's rest and not planning on doing any shopping.

You pay for what you get, nothing fancy, clean good comfy bed, towels, forget about their shampoo & shower gel, use your own. Location is close to Paseo Mall with lots of restaurants & supermarket. Hotel is small with a tiny cafe for breakfast & meals, it's about 15 minutes to the airport. Shower door didn't close well, aircon did not work, had to change room, but overall ok.

Room Tip: Choose the rooms facing the pool, away from the afternoon sun

We stopped over for one night after arriving from Europe. If a bed without any hazzle after a transcontinental flight is what you need, this is it. The hotel has a very nice pool area and friendly, helpful staff. Though our room was a bit on the small side (superior tripple room for a family of four). The restaurant has a quite nice seating area outside and the food is ok. Next time we will need an airport hotel in Bangkok we will use this one.
