we booked a room with balcony, through agoda.it costed 300 bath more than the windowless room.we arrived from europe very tired and we found no curtains in the room and a lot of noise.we couldn t sleep so we asked for the cheaper room, and booked for another night.we asked if they could compensate the extra money we payed for the balcony, they esitaded,in the end they didn t.i was asked to pay 200 bath for a broken glass when i left.in europe it would cost no more than 20 baths...i found them umpleasant...the rooms are very stilish but claustrophobic.round the corner we found 2 much better hotels with cheaper prices

My girlfriend and I spent four nights here during a conference. The hotel is centrally located in Silom and is a quick five minute walk to the Patpong Night Market.

The thing that stood out most about the hotel was the quality of the staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. Every opportunity to help they took advantage of. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.

It's best to try to get a room with a window as some of the rooms don't have windows and they're a little dark. Breakfast was good.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel filled with lovely staff. I'd happily recommend it to friends (and strangers)!

Room Tip: Go for one with a window.

I stayed here for 1 night just before New Year and all I can say is that is 1 fatastic place to stay in and their staff are very friendly as with all Thai people that I have meet on many times travel in Thailand. I would have no problem what so ever in returning to the Lullaby Inn for another stay. Thank you all at the Lullaby Inn

After only staying one night at the lullaby inn for a stay over we can definitely say its worth the trip to see Bangkok. Location is right on silom road which is 1 of 2 popular roads for all your shopping and cultural needs. If you were to stay for longer than 3 or 4 days it may be worth considering somewhere closer to the sky rail if you like to get around that way. However, we got a cab to the airport for 250 + 50 for tolls. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful even though they knew we were in and out. Breakfast is a great combination of food made for you and access to all the other needs that people usually have in the morning, ie coffee, tea, juice, toast and spreads plus cereal. Rooms were clean and new. Small criticism about the air con; very cold but unfortunately slightly loud. Wifi strength is weaker as you go up the building but in the lobby it is strong and fast. In summary it would have been a pleasure to stay there longer.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Lullaby during our first trip Bangkok, in a room with a balcony, for a week.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. When we mentioned one evening that we were subsequently going to move to Chiang Mai, one of the proprietors, who is a Chiang Mai native, gave us her phone number and insisted that we call her if any of our accommodations in the city didn't work out, she would find a place for us.

The room itself was fantastic (401), comfortable, clean and homey, with a balcony view of Silom. Be aware that if you stay on the higher floors, you will likely not be able to connect to the wifi signal that is available in the lobby, though, if that's important to you.

Every morning, the staff also provide a good light western breakfast. As much fun as it is to venture out into the street stalls for food, it was nice knowing that familiar staples were available if we weren't feeling up to it.

If we return to Bangkok, I don't think we'd even bother looking at other hotels. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Balcony rooms only ones with windows (apparently), and higher floors (higher than 3?) will not be ab...
