I visted your park on Monday the 4th June 2018. I bought the tickets online and me and my wife were exited going to these park as the one in Tenerife is brilliant. My excitement was ruined by you guys
as there were half the rides that were not
working. On top of that when we went to the wave pool we were informed that the wave pool wasn’t working becuase of health and safety reason. I know the park has the right to close the rides if it is unsafe, however the park also has the right to inform the customers that this many rides are not working. I paid the price as i thought most of the rides will be working. I went to the park and only say on like 5 rides. i believe your staff need to inform customers how many rides are working. Atleast when i go to a theme park in england if more than 3 rides are close they give you a free entry for another time. I was very dissappointed of the way you and your staff dealt with this matter and it is very poor. This is the most rubbish theme park i visited when i thought his would be the best.
