Very homey hotel with large clean room, super friendly staff, quiet location and only a few minutes’ walk to Khao San Road. A plus was the owner also does tours and booked all my travels around Bangkok, Phuket and Phi Phi. Farn made my trip very memorable. Thank you very much.

great place to stay in fantastic, quieter area. rooms overlooking canal. great balcony. Few teething problems with satellite TV and WiFi whilst we stayed but soon to be sorted. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for a room with all the amenities but the character of a homestay.

Room tip: Both rooms are lovely

I am coming to Bkk since 1984 and this is the first place, which I found, where the rooms were extremly clean, very spacious and comfortable and I had a view to a river and my balcony was surrounded by trees.
I have stayed in hotels, which were 3 and 5 times more expensive and the rooms were half or less the size. with very arrogant staff, who just sees a "FARANG" in you.
The rooms are so big , I think 2 or 3 people could easily share it. The manager and staff made me feel very welcome, were very friendly and helpful.
I think its pretty new and there is at the moment only breakfast available and of course all day coffee, soft drinks and beer, but the area around the hotel is full of great food places and if you want, the staff gets you anything your heart and stomack desires and brings it to you...so if you do not want to go out and just sit on your balcony, relax and watch the birds or the river, watch tv or use the free wifi, just let any of the workers know and they will treat you like a king or queen.
The hotel has a large outside sitting area with trees and facing the river and a very special big Statue, of an very ancient Thai woman warrior, which gave me a really great feeling. It was a real special place for me and I enjoyed my stay there very much.
. Another good point was that it had a saftey box in the room and the hotel is walking distance (5 min.) to Kaosan R , the Democracy statue, 2 post offices, many street markets, 10 min. walk to the Kings palace and only a few minutes walk to most public buses to get you anywhere cheap like Pratunam Market,JJ market etc.
It was really great being there.
