Excellent location, near Saladaeng BTS station and Silom MRT station, just 2 minutes walk. Cozy stay, nice lobby with excellent staff. Quiet hotel, no group tour here.

For Spire Elite member, I booked 1 superior room with pricing ~ 100$, the hotel upgraded my room to Sukhothai suite (1 bedroom) which the price ~ 600$ with complimentary club lounge access and breakfast. Impressing me very much. Good tidy club lounge and good quality of food. Love this hotel and IMO this is the best of IHG hotel in BKK

Have dined at the Crown Plaza a number of times especially for the holidays, but this was my first time staying at the hotel. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had, and last year I stayed at 16 different hotels around the world, Asia, Europe and the United States, and high brand names like Conrad and JW Marriott, and this ranks among the best. The staff and everyone we came in contact with was cordial, friendly, always with a warm and smiling greeting. There was never a moment when we did not feel welcomed. We had Club Room feature and the offerings were outstanding, some of the best we have seen. The Club lounge was spacious, always tidy and clean and warm. The Panorama Restaurant had an enormous assortment on the buffet, more than enough to satisfy many different tastes. Housekeeping was great, efficient, timely and the room was immaculate. The Crown Plaza is conveniently located between two major roads, Silom and Surawong on Rama IV road. Bakery in the lobby, parking underground. Good security. Elevator to Lobby on 24th floor (I think) and then seperated elevators from there up to rooms. The elevators are glass enclosed and you look down on the Restaurant. Wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend the Crown Plaza if you are coming to Bangkok. Location, great staff and service and also close to the 2 transportation systems, BTS Skytrain and MRT subway. And a great park, Lumpini for a jog, exercise or to relax.

Been to Bangkok a few times but this was our first stay at this Hotel and before I say anymore, we will be back. On arrival we were upgraded to a club room with lounge access. The Club Lounge on the 31st floor was due renovation so we only had the first night in the Lounge. The rest of the time it was in the Finishing post on the 23rd floor. This did not detract from the experience at all. The food in the temporary Club Lounge was fantastic. The staff here are amazing, Bee, Vhan and Hoy really looked after all our needs with exceptional service from everyone. Hope I got the names spelled correctly. Breakfast in Panorama was good with a large selection of choice catering for all tastes. The pool is small but a great place to relax after a hard days sight seeing. Rooms are comfortable and very clean, Housekeeping do a great job. Concierge were very helpful with advice on where to visit and what to wear when visiting temples etc. There is a small coffee shop on the ground floor that has amazing cakes and other delicacies. All in all, we had a great time and this Hotel made the visit even more special. I absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
