This is my second time at the Balcony Lounge and I have enjoyed a great 2.5 hours with a Cohiba and a couple of Gin martinis. The Intercontinental is a great brand and you always know the quality will rarely be in doubt. The atmosphere, comfort and selection in this lounge is fantastic. The lady who looked after me was extremely professional and he name is Suphavadee. 5 star service from her and her associate. Absolutely wonderful stop and not to be missed.

A nice smoking room with comfy chairs and relaxed environment. The staff were nice and attentive. Sadly, the long list of cigars that were on the menu had been reduced down to about eight so, the choice was very, very limited.
Still, a pleasant and relaxing smoke (and drink)

Love the relaxed jazzy type vibe here, impecable service always remember us and where we like to sit.

Balcony Lounge & Humidor Cigar Bar locates on Intercontinental Hotel Bangkok lobby floor offers a classy ambiance (1950s art deco vintage style). There are huge selections of wine, alcohol beverages and soft drinks. The Humidor cigar bar is also an elegant place to sit down and relax for an hour or two. There's variety of cigars to be choose from as well. There are live jazz music, which plays from around 9pm onwards on the balcony lounge area. The only let down would be the services from the waitresses (more customer service skills needed). Other than that, the place is worth a visit. Classy and elegant.

Classic Deco with Dark Brown Tone. Great Cigar Humidor and Rare Items. Great Single Malt and Wine Cellar here. I can spend late afternoon with Cohiba and Single Malt here....
