Sunday Brunch...I have a new home on the First Sunday of every month. Is only once a month....Yes,I live here.

The food is Five Star....the service...Six Star.

Where else can you go where the Hotel's Executive Chef walks the floor and chats with the customers...???

And.....the Restaurant's Chef brings you a sample of his potential addition to the next menu...beef tartar...to taste.

And.....lovely Foie Gras....Yes, I love and brought my own Sauternes...they do not have.

I look forward to next month...

Thank MrP58

We wanted pizza and according to Fodor's the place to be is FAVOLA at Le Meridien. Well, they are wrong. Cold place to sit and the pizza was heavy as stone, also on our stomachs. The amuse was totally tasteless. This was not a good place to be that night. Party going on around the restaurant.

This was a beautiful restaurant with great food and service. The chef visited our table for a chat. Unfortunately we were the only way ones there at the time but meant we got a lot of attention.

I had a very good time at La Favola, thanks to the delicious food and attentive service. Even the chef occasionally brings dishes to the tables, and that's unusual, but a nice touch. It's obvious that the waiters like working there and their manager, Nicolas, runs a smooth shop. I definitely recommend a visit to La Favola, even though it's more expensive than many other restaurants in Chiang Mai, it's definitely worth it and you will enjoy the change.
Congratulations to the whole team and thank you for a wonderful evening.
