This hotel is located on good location nearby Tha-pae if you stayed on Sunday night it's easy to go for hang around Walking street market & easy to go to Loy kro temple , Night bazaar or other place but Song-thew & Tuk Tuk infront of the hotel very cheat.

A service & cleanliness is not good. When we check-in to my room,it's fullness of mosquito in my room & many remains mosquito in my bed & washbasin.

No elevator if you stay on 2nd or 3rd floor , You will carry on all your luggage by yourself.

This hotel is in a convenient location (close to shopping, good restaurants, nightlife), but is over-priced for what's offered (grey towels, small bar of soap, two towels, 1/2 roll toilet paper, single beds pushed together, tiny TV) and is noisey (the bass from the dance music next door will vibrate through the room until 2 a.m. and the courtyard means we can hear the phone ring in reception). We do not recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Not sure if any side of the building is quiet, but definitely avoid the side closest to the main road.

Its a simple and nice hotel which site near to the old city eastern gate. It near to the sunday market and about 15 mins walk to the night market. It sited just beside a macdonal, starbuck, drug store and lot of book stores. The hotel provide good breakfast which start at 0630 to 1030hrs daily and the free wifi which allow u to keep in stay with your family and friends at all times.

Room Tip: Stay at the higher level 2 or 3. Cos the breakfast at the 1 level may affect your sleep due to the nosie.

Pro:

1) Clean, modern rooms.

2) Hot breakfast on-site; McDonald's downstairs.

3) Next to drug store, book store, Starbucks, cooking schools, and Sunday market.

Con:

1) NO ELEVATOR!

2) Wi-fi is hit and miss.

3) Loud noise from close by clubs on weekends.

This hotel is located in a great location for exploring Chiang Mai. It is located right next to the night market and city gates. The rooms and hotel its self are basic, but you cant beat the price. The breakfast that is included has everything you need to start your day. This is the perfect place when you don't plan on spending too much time in a hotel room, who wants to do that anyways.

Room Tip: The breakfest area is in the middle of the main area, if you can get a room at the far end of the hall, it will be quieter
