We took a taxi from Dalat cheaper than a lot of tours. We decided to get the "roller coaster ride" both ways. It's really good fun and you can control the speed so you don't have to go fast. Waterfalls were impressive. Quite tourist and lots of tours. Beware hole in the ground loo at bottom. Restaurant at top though we didn't stop. We got the photo coming down the ride which was $1 as it was a great photo and laminated. Worth a visit but if you a nature lover check out other waterfalls near Dalat as there are many and some are more natural

We planned to spend our whole entire day here. We went on exactly 2 attractions and we thought that we had to walk around the park to the next attraction. We walked around in circles and finally found a person that works there. He told us that all the other rides that we saw were closed down because it was way too dangerous. So we figured that we were done with the park and walked out. We asked a security guy by the exit and he said that the tour is still available but we must pay around $100 plus per person to get in for those attractions and that would cost us over $500(5 of us). We went to the window where he said to buy the tickets and there was nobody there at the window. Liars!!!!

Beautiful scenery at these falls! Make sure that you go down to the third waterfall, which is much less frequented and needs to be accessed via an elevator (the elevator + 1-way cable car ride back to the first waterfall should be 30,000 VND). I walked down the falls, but took the "roller coaster" back up to the attraction entrance from the first waterfall (about 40,000 VND one-way, but you can make it round-trip for a total of 50,000 VND). I definitely recommend visiting here!

I had to pay an entrance fee which was not worth it at all. The smell there was awful. Nothing was so special there.

We visited the Datania Falls attraction as part of a small group on a day's sightseeing around Dalat. We walked to the falls rather than take the luge roller coaster. We did take it back up from the falls which was fun but it looked like going down would have been more fun again.

The falls are nice without being spectacular. Some rate them down and say other falls are near Dalat are better but if you are time limited like we were the Datania Falls are worth a look, even as part of a sort of theme park experience. If your focus is more on scenery then you have the option of going further afield.

The cable car is another option to add into the mix.

It should be no surprise that the falls complex is very busy and popular - Dalat is a tourist town after all. To me it fitted in well In Dalat which despite its attractive side with hints of a European mountain resort also has a tacky side.
