My husband and I visited for lunch. I had the mango salad with prawns which was so fresh and delicious. My husband had the bun cha which he also enjoyed. We also shared some fresh spring rolls. So good! And great to know there is a great cause behind such delicious and beautifully presented food.

Brought by tour guide for lunch - nice it is not for profit concept. Food was OK - drinks were pricey. Fruit was beautiful and fresh.

I first visited KOTO about 5 and a half years ago and still remember the delicious food and great service. I was very happy to see that the standards haven't dropped during that time and it is still just as enjoyable

It's slightly more expensive than other relatively simple cafes / restaurants in Hanoi - but it's all for a good cause. The food is tasty & they have fabulous mocktails (I can't drink in this climate) and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Also, it's brilliant if you just need a rest after visiting the temple next door
