This is really a local eatery that is positioned to attract the odd tourist. Yes, it is dimly lit but the tables although old were very clean and the waitress had no English but understood my pointing and other sign language.
I had a bowl of pho (soup) containing wontons, noodles, pork, beef, prawns and vegetables and it was very tasty. Cost 20,000 dong (about $1). Certainly no complaint from me.
