We were on a family trip to Vietnam and we stayed 4 nights in Saigon at the Lotte Hotel.
Rooms were nice, the whole place was very beautiful and extremely well served (gym, sauna, swimming pool…).
I would definitely recommend it.
The service we enjoyed the most was the lounge in the 14 floor with fresh and refined food and drinks all day long. A special thanx to Nancy for helping us sort out a flight issue 🙏🏼

We visited with a group of friends, and our first impression was made by Mr. Nic, who works at the lobby lounge. He warmly greeted us and made us feel very welcome. He also introduced us to great places to enjoy drinks at the lobby and recommended an excellent Italian restaurant. We had a wonderful time at both the lobby lounge and the Italian restaurant. The staff at the restaurant were also very nice and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable."

Veronica and Mia were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and garden area is lovely and we had a delicious breakfast with many different options that were all wonderful.

We stayed in an executive room (14 and 15th floors) and it was fabulous. Spacious room with all the usual amenities provided but the real bonus of the executive lounge where we could go for breakfast, afternoon tea (a generous buffet of savoury and sweet offerings), a 3 hour happy hour, basically all day beers, or wine and whisky in the evening, all of which were included in room price. We also took advantage of the lovely pool and cabana area and checked out the gym but didn’t get around to using it. And our driver particularly appreciated the off road drop off and pick up area.
