Am a Bonvoy Member with Titanium Elite status, property upgraded me to a one bedroom suite with a jet tub and unobstructed view of the beach with balcony.

Checkin was very warm and friendly. I checked in through the lounge on the 25th floor with Celia who was the highlight of my trip. She made sure my stay was flawless from beginning to end. She is very kind and warm making the property feel like a home for me.

Teddy was also very lovely and kind to offer coffee recommendations and to carry my luggage and bags upon arrival and during my stay.

The team at this property are very respectful and I appreciate shoes being taken off at the door. The housekeeper of my room was both quick and thorough; she is a mystery to me but I have the highest respect for her.

The property is right on the beach where the hotel manages several covered lounges on the beach as part of their amenity. The pool, sauna, and fitness center were the only amenities I used during this trip but the facilities are very clean and inviting. The pool team were very attentive and kind. Breakfast buffet was very good and had a variety of options.

Overall 10/10 property given convenience and amenities included.

The club lounge is good, the staffs in club lounge are nice. Celia, Thao and Nilo in the feast are good at providing the service. I will come back in next year. We recommend the best view and best experience with the friendly staffs and services

During my visits to Nha Trang last year, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Nha Trang on three different occasions. I was consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience for me and my friends.
The accommodations were not only impeccably clean but also provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The spectacular views added to the overall delight of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of delicious options, catering to a variety of tastes.
