We stayed for one night and I think we may have been unlucky with both how tired we were and the location of our room. We'd travelled quite extensively prior to our visit so we were actually looking to get an early night - we may have been the only people wanting to sleep early as everyone else seemed to be out partying. The street itself felt fairly quiet but unfortunately for us, our room had windows that pointed in the direction of a close nightclub so we had loud music until 11pm. To be fair we were told it would finish at 11pm and it did on the dot, then the room was pretty quiet for the rest of the night Any other night we would perhaps have been out until 11pm anyway but were desperate for sleep that night and we were unable to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked.

The room was small and bizarrely decorated - this doesn't particularly bother me, since we had booked a budget option but for the same price or less we felt we'd had better rooms elsewhere. The quilt was also made from an odd material.

We had limited contact with staff as we ate elsewhere but they seemed ok when we checked in and gave us a map.

I think we were just quite underwhelmed having had such brilliant experiences at budget hotels elsewhere.

Room Tip: Ask for one that doesn't face the nightclub if planning to sleep early

Hi.
thank you for staying with us. We are sorry for the noise come from the restaurant (its not a bar) behind the hotel till 11pm, just extra information for other guests : the restaurant not turn on loud music everynight and they only turn on the music from 7.30pn till latest 11pm. compare with other hotel we still less noisy cos we are located in an alley.
The noise in Vietnam is an issue always out of our control, hopefuly they will have a strict rule in near future :).
have a nice trip.

My husband and I stayed for 2 days. The rooms are nice, clean & good value and have a shared balcony so every guest can enjoy.

Unlike most places we stayed in Vietnam the staff are very helpful and hospitable.

We would definitely stay here again if we were in Nha Trang.

Thank you

Loved this place, good value for money, nice fresh towels every day, clean rooms with air-con and the service was top notch. Can't fault this place at all. Also arranged the bus for me to Hoi An and gave me a great suggestion for lunch on one of the days.

We have a business trip in Nha Trang City one day. We looked at the review on TripAdvisor and received a good review.
We require a VAT invoice but the reception does not meet our requirements.
We rent a motobike but it went wrong. We have to change the motorbike twice a day. That night, we should rent the other motorbike to support us go to the hotel.Manage does not solve the problem help us. We missed the trip to Nha Trang. That's so bad
And you'll have to payment all costs before check out. Obviously, if you are not a Vietnamese, it's too easy.
If you are Vietnamese who want to travel to Nha Trang, you should consider this hotel.
However, the hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and the room is clean and comfortable.

We are sorry that our services didnt meet your requirements but we would leave here some extra information:
1. We are also Vietnamese and we serve our guests all the same, you can also read other reviews by Vietnamese customers in other websites.
2. We were already sorry that we could not write VAT invoice on the day of your checkout and we comitted to send it directly to your place in hcmc, we talked about it on the first night you stayed with us and you agreed with it.
3. We were sorry as the bike didnt work well, as you saw we already checked and rode it before giving it to you, sometimes some thing is out of our control, we did also not charge motorbike rental.
4. All guests are requested to pay when they check in and its posted clearly in our hotel rerulation board which is hung in the lobby where everyone can notice it, if the guests have a reservation via booking websites they will make a payment online or deposit with their credit cards, as you are the walkin guests you would pay upon your checkin.
5. Our staff and hotel manager made an apologise for your disatisfies, we also discounted 15% on room fee and no charge for motorbike rental but i think you didnt appreaciate it.
Having experiences in hospitality industry we understand sometimes its hard to satisfy everyone but please understand the hotel's effort of fixing the problems and dont take it so serious.
Cheers

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Nha Trang. On first impressions I didn't think it was particularly clean as there were lots of tiny bugs in our room and the bathroom looked really grubby. However, after our room being cleaned after our first night, the cleanliness improved a lot - we think this might have been because we were able to check in early after a sleeper train the night before so maybe it was rushed. Overall, Id say my first impressions were wrong. We also were able to shower and leave our bags at reception before leaving town. The lockers for valuables down stairs were useful too (bring a padlock or you can buy your own there). The location is fantastic, a walk away from the beach and the busy city but we had no problem sleeping and it was always quiet at the hotel. If you're going to Vinpearl I would urge you to catch the no. 4 bus there and back (14,000 VND) a lot cheaper than a taxi and it runs every 30 mins until 18.15pm (taxi drivers will tell you the bus has stopped) - the staff will direct you to the bus stop. Finally, breakfast was great and ridiculously cheap!
