Great hotel, great service and really nice people. What the Sofitel is all about.

Stayed in a Junior Suite with concierge service. The staff attend to your every whim and makes for a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Go for a room with concierge which allows you access to the lounge for Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails with extensive hors d'oeuvres. Great value and great service.

Dear Madam, dear Sir,

We thank you very much for your fantastic review here on Tripadvisor!

We're glad that you felt comfortable at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra and that all our Sofitel Ambassadors have met your expectations in terms of high level of service and friendliness.

I was pleased to read that you enjoyed your luxury room with Club Millesime benefits. It is true having access to our Club Millesime Lounge at the 12th floor is full of advantages and overlooking the bustling city of Phnom Penh and the mighty Mekong is spectacular.

I thank you once again for your positive feedback and look forward to your next stay at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.

With very best regards,
Frederik Deman

Stayed a couple of nights, check-in and everything went smooth. Was taken to my room which turned out to be next to the elevator. Asked for a change of room and was told that the hotel was full. I argued that I didn't believe this and was given a different room on the smoking floor, the room was okay.
The room was very good, as to be expected for the price paid.
Made good use of the Gym and sauna. Staff were exceptionally friendly.

Hotel is a little way from the main scene, however getting around is easy and tuk-tuk is just a couple of dollars to get you wherever.
