Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights in Phnom Penh. The room was very modern and also clean. Big, comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom. The A/C worked perfectly and the TV had many channels. The water pressure in the bathroom was perfect (very strong) though so strong that the water would always find its way to the floor during a shower. Since there was a bathtub and no bath cubicle, I had to use extra towels to soak up the water each time after a shower. Perhaps it's a design flaw. Besides that, the breakfast buffet was a real treat which had a great selection of food to aid any hangover. The location was relatively convenient but we still had to tuk-tuk our way to the nearest bars and streets. The staff were extremely helpful as well! Big smiles and generous attitude. My friend needed a visa for Vietnam and the staff even offered to get it done for him right at the concierge! He got the visa that same day. Amazing. The staff also helped us to book our bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh City as well. Great service.

Room Tip: comfy beds, good location, safe

Location is good, place is clean, amenities are OK, air conditioning is great but it's a bit run down ....you can feel the spring in the bed when you sleep on it.

for breakfast, you need to get out of the hotel and go next door. Basic breakfast but it does fill you up to start the day.

The hotel is located quite centrally. The rooms are well appointed but I have stayed here 2-3 times in the past year always had aircond issues. The management also keeps the a/c off in the main lobby as well. Making meeting people at the lobby kinda hard.

Breakfast is ok but you need to walk on over next door to their restaurant. Again the a/c is not fantastic. You need to sit in front of one of their air coolers.

The pricing is also more for a 3 star property, hence you would expect more....

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. The rooms with nice and big with a very large bed, satellite TV and Wifi. The bathroom contained a bath/shower combo and strangely a glass wall with blinds to the bedroom.

The breakfast was a bit limited, with not much available for westerners and I hadn't quite got acustomed to rice, curry and noodles for breakfast yet.

The area is in a good location. The royal palace is within walking distance, so don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. The casino was a $2 tuk-tuk ride away.

Airport transfer should cost no more than $12. All transport is a rip-off. Be prepared to pay more for taxi's and tuk-tuk's than you would back home.

Room Tip: Higher the better

Excellent Location with utmost good service
Generous supply of toiletries
Buffet breakfast is well spread and good choices
However, with no swimming poll.
Royal Palace is a walk-able distance
Good food joints are around and a value for the price.

Room Tip: Rooms facing main road would keep you busy during leisure hours
