We spent two nights there, it's was ok.
Not bad , but nothing espectacular.

Good service for the price you pay (CHEAP rooms - private room)

Happy hour draft beer 0.50$ (cant remeber the exact Time but like 5 hoirs in a row)
0.75$ if It isnt Happy hour

Good location
Nice staff

Stayed for two nights.
Overall we had a Good vibe in this guesthouse. Great location.
We liked that the Room had lots of furniture in it, a hanger for clothes and a night stand next to the bed.

The shower is only Cold but Good pressure, the fan Works well, we got toilet paper and the longlin restaurant was great (try the longlin special burger).
The mini van that they booked for us to kampot was the best quality we've had so far.

The room is not very clean, the bed sheets and we're a little stained, the sink a little wobbly and the toilet water container had no cover (worked just fine).

Good value for money In our opinion but definitely not the best place clean wise.

We only stayed one night in PP so we thought the place really doesn't matter and at $7/couple it seemed like a great deal.
We were so wrong!

We first tried room 19 across the street but the pungent mold smell and the smelly cushions were too much. The staff was sweet and apologized and showed us their other two private rooms (1a and 2a). Both equally smelly (the staff didn't seem to sense it..) but for a 7 hour-sleep, we thought we could bear it.

We waited in the rather nice outside area (where the food is actually good at good prices) until they turned off the music at midnight and then went into the room.

Honestly though, we wish we hadn't. We had a restless night with headaches and thinking about the black mold on the bathroom wall (of all the 3 rooms) and imagining other hygiene /cleanliness issues.

The only way I can reconcile our experience with the positive reviews is that the dorm rooms but be a completely different story.

The location, staff and shared sitting area is the only reason this review is 2 stars not 1.

Stayed for a week in an air con room on the first floor. Food was great. Cocktails delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful when I lost my wallet at the market. Room was clean and comfortable and the air con worked. TV reception needs work though.

Cheap and basic place. At first we had a room on the top floor opposite the restaurant that had issues. We communicated with a nice guy at the reception who gave us a better room for the same price. Very good service, we also booked the tuk tuk to the killing fields through them and that went quite well. The second room was a basic fan room but it was quiet and ok. The common places were ok with plants in pots. Good wifi in the room. We were overall happy with this place.

Room Tip: Don't take a room at the terrace as it's too hot.
