This is a delightful, unassuming little place, opened only six months ago, which does excellent Thai food. We had top-notch Phad Thaï, of a quality rare in Phnom-Penh, and delicious som tam Thai (green papaya salad) among other things - good holy basil pork stir fry and laab mou, for example. The owner is a Thai lady, married to a Khmer, who is very welcoming. Portions are not oversized but the prices are small. Thoroughly recommended!
