We started our 17-day trip in Bishkek and spent the first 2 nights in Futuro Hotel. We were very impressed by the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff when we check-in on our arrival day in Kyrgyzstan. The hotel room and facilities are exactly like what have been shown on booking.com and on Tripadvisor. There are free supply of brewed coffee and tea plus cookies and snacks at the hotel cafe. We ate our dinners at the cafe - it was big serving and the chef was great. Breakfast was served from 7 am to 10 am and we could order from a menu besides the ready breakfast spread that were offered at the breakfast table. The hotel ground and room are very well maintained and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has modern rain shower. There is a long list of free in-room movies & TV series, so many, and we didn't even have the time to watch them. After travelling around Kyrgyzstan for 17 days, we were back in Futuro hotel for another night. We felt that the stay in Futuro exceeded all other stays in terms of staff professionalism, hotel cleanliness, its facilities and also its room comfort level. There is free shuttle service provided every half hourly to Bishkek city centre. We took the shuttle to town and then walked back to the hotel.
