We stayed here for the first nights of our honeymoon and could not have picked a better place to stay in Colombo. Service from all the staff was exceptional and they went out of their way with lovely touches (like foot massage on welcome) to make us feel special. Food and drink in the loft bar also superb. Would love to return. Thanks for everything.

We went on for a quick family get away, and it was totally worth the money. Loved the hidden, foresty appearance, friendly staff, efficient service and delicious food. We used the pool as well. If you are dining, you can use the pool for free. Would definitely recommend for a meet up, a famiy lunch or a dine n wine!

The room at Colombo Court was five stars. Spacious bed, huge bathtub, lovely decor. The location is also very good. However, much of the hotel - including the rooftop and the gym - were closed for renovations when I visited. I booked the hotel specifically because it had a gym, and after informing the staff of this, they were kind enough to let me use the treadmill. By the looks of the cluttered room the treadmill is kept in, the gym will not be functional for quite some time. If you're just looking for a nice room, I would recommend this place - just know that the majority of the amenities advertised on the website will likely be lacking.

We had an overnight stay in this hotel last May 18 while my brother had a two night stay from May 17-19. We booked the airport transfer ($29) and arrived at about 11 pm. The person who welcomed us at the airport was more friendly and warm compared to the staff who welcomed us upon arrival and processed our check in. Even the driver who took us to the hotel was friendlier and shared with us the nice sites to visit in Colombo. Among the 5 hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka (Aryana, Aliya Resort and Spa, Theva Residency and Jetwing Lagoon), we did not have the same warm welcome and departure in this hotel.
The only saving grace in our short stay was the restaurant staff during breakfast who was warm and always smiling as well as the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. There was only one other table occupied during breakfast as there were not too many guests after the Easter bombing. The room was also comfortable. It's also good to read about the hotel being eco-friendly.

The saving grace was the staff who did everything in their power to make things as comfortable as possible, The manager Mohd Razzaq was wonderful. We want to thank Mohd the bell Captain who did his best.
The one restaurant that was poolside had a very limited menu and being as the food was prepared a distance from the pool where one ate it was often cold.
The electricals in the room were mostly not functioning.
I would suggest calling and asking where they are in the renovation before booking.
The front door was broken which was sliding and had to be opened manually.
