I spent 9 days here and was very impressed with the hotel and all the staff. It's not a luxury hotel but the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are very correct, very clean, very comfortable and it's in a wonderful location. The internet was unstable at times but staff really went out of their way to fix it for me.The personal warmth and availability of staff made it special. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very pleasant hotel with good location . Not far to city centre and also plenty of good restaurants/bars in the vicinity. Pleasant wide boulevards around, making a stroll a pleasant experience. Rooms though not massive are well appointed. Beds comfortable. Good coffee shop and restaurant and this hotel provides free transfer to the airport. Always a plus. Staff very friendly and helpful and good English spoken .

It seems that was a new hotel, cause my tajiki driver can't recognized its location even it was at the city center . after awhile we found it , was at the main square in the city , behind big garden , when we start to wrote down the guest form, i been sure that was a new from the smell of painting , part of level one was under renovation . even it was nice big room (i change it second day because no good view and balcony) almost every thing was new , you can smell a textile smell reminded ! elegant nice breakfast even no many choices, helpful receptionist despite their curiosity look .. no lobby no in-out door swimming pool and fitness room .

Had a two day stop in Dushanbe, and am very glad I chose to stay here. What a warm, welcoming place with lovely staff who will go out of their way to help and guide you: they not only picked me up and dropped me personally to the airport, but also escorted me to the grocery store to help me set up a sim - it's the kind of service I haven't seen in hotels. The location is perfect, a short walk to the city center and close to the market as well. The room is comfortable, clean, modern, and the area very safe and secure, right across from a park where families gather in the evenings. Breakfast is hearty with plenty of choices. The staff also helped me arrange a trip to Alexander Lake with a reliable driver. Wonderful stay in a wonderful city.

All in all I had a great time at this centrally located hotel. It is in a kind of long, angled and traditional building in pink and white colors with two upper storeys (and another hotel in there, but around a corner). It faces a park across a street with not too much traffic.

There was complimentary pickup (and free transfer back) from the only about 4km away airport. The room I got was a King Room, but contrary to my reservation without balcony. Having looked at the tiny balconies from the outside, I didn't mind. At least soundproofing towards the street was excellent (less so towards the neighboring rooms).

Even a King Room is not very big, but it has a good kingsize bed in it. Otherwise there are all the basics one needs, especially plenty of free bottled water, replenished daily. Room service was average, especially in the bathroom, and once coming back mid-afternoon I had to ask to have my room cleaned.

The bathroom is okay, with a big choice of free toiletries and enough space to put one's own items beside the washbasin. The shower looked good, but water pressure is generally weak, sometimes in the mornings even non-existent (I was told that this was the moment, when the city started all its many fountains in the parks). Due to old-fashioned plumbing, used toilet paper has to be put into a bucket.

The WiFi signal in the room is erratic.

Breakfast again was by far the best on my trip through Central Asia. I especially liked the fact that there was a choice of at least seven different kind of fresh fruit. There is also a good quality coffee machine to make one's own cappuccino, espresso or americano.

Superb was the staff at reception, especially Timur, who also takes care of the English speaking guests during breakfast and who accompanies one to a nearby bank to change money. But I will also remember Khorsheda and Shoira, who brought an ice cream to my room as a goodbye present and all the others, whose name I don't know.
