This Hotel is walking distance to almost all the attractions in Istanbul located in Sultanahmet. They have good room but the room we stayed in is noisy we can hear the banging of the door we find out that we are near in the backside entrance/exit and beside the office. They have good buffet breakfast. Most of the staff doesn't know how to speak English so sad that we had misunderstanding, like when we told to pack our breakfast early because we had an early flight around 4am and the night staff did not prepare earlier even though we already informed the reception how many times. And they are very strict with the policy of check out so we paid additional 1day because we checked around 2pm. Other than that they have clean and huge room.

We arrived at the hotel at around 7.30am, and although checkin is around 2pm, we were allowed into our room at around 10am. We were very grateful for that. The hotel is close to the famous tourist attractions of Sultanahmet, shopping and restaurants. We loved the coffee machine at breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was a tad too soft. The tram is not too far away. We wouldn't mind staying here again

Lovely little hotel in the heart of the old town. The rooms are basic but spotless and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The roof-top terrace bar is a great addition to the hotel with views of the nearby Blue Mosque and seas views of Istanbul’s Asian side. Couldn’t fault the restaurant food in the hotel either.

Just a 15-minute walk away is the Grand Bazzar, which is expensive, so I would recommend the side streets beside the main building for better bargains. It’s also just an 5-minute walk to the Blue Mosque.

I stayed here on a recent trip, good facilities, nice range of breakfast and very clean. Also the location is about a 3-5 minutes walk from the blue mosque, great location. The street that it's on also has some great restaurants, and it's a short walk from the sea.

The staff of Byzantium Hotel was ready to bend backward to fulfill our needs and facilitate our stay, they are great host and we realized how generous they are when we tried a different Hotel in a different location.... uncomparable!
