Me and my family booked to stay at this hotel when we went to Istanbul. We booked it as the hotel looks like a decent four star hotel online . Only to turn up on the day after travelling many hours to find out the hotel is nothing as it looks online and is very deceiving. Staff at the hotel were very arrogant and rude. They snatched our luggage and tried to force us to stay there as they did not want to refund us our money back. There was no proper service or reception desk. When we first got there they made an excuse of saying the room was double booked and then later on went on to saying the room had been flooded! Definitely a misleading hotel, wouldn't even class it as a one star!!!

This hotel was appalling, I can't even begin to explain what a disaster and disappointment this place was including staff hygiene and building I wouldn't even give it 1*, I booked this hotel just to turn up on the night with 2 kids and my disabled mum to be told they double booked my room and would accommodate me to a near by hotel which look even worse pictures are so different to reality would never advise this hotel, but do visit turkey it's a piece of art

This place is not even a hotel.
disgusting, no staff on reception, they take your luggage off you without even asking for your permission.
It is NOT a 4* property it is barely even a 1* they have no proper staff and it is not even a hotel it is just some rooms on top of a restaurant. They said they double booked our room and then quickly changed the story saying our room is flooded.
They then took us to one of their other properties called el blanco (DO NOT GO) and forced us to stay there. Again not a 4* property. Very bad hygeine and not what the the pictures show on travel agency websites. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Location is great in the heart of Istanbul but staff, service and rooms are far from it, VERY DECEIVING.

Villa Pasha was a great hotel to be in, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful away from the city centre and it had good local shops nearby, I strongly recommend people to go to this hotel. The staff were nice and pleasant too. They gave breakfast which was top quality.
