I had spotted this hotel when I was in Istanbul last May. Ideally located near the main tourist sites, loads of restaurants nearby and five minutes from the Arasto Bazaar with its many attractive shops.

I opted for a more spacious corner room and was very happy with my choice. Very comfortable bed with top quality bedlinen and a compact well appointed
Bathroom with fluffy towels. Breakfast is substantial and there is an electric kettle, coffee, tea, etc. in the room. Reception was helpful and welcoming.

It takes about 25 minutes in good road conditions to get here from the airport, and if you get a taxi driver who uses the meter, it is about fifty turkish lira.

Room Tip: I liked my corner room 404

we booked this on hotwire and got a fabulous rate. it's perfectly situated in Sultanahmet - walk up towards the blue mosque and Aya Sofia and down towards the promenade. The balcony has fabulous views all round - blue mosque and the bosphorous. the service was also good - they arranged early check-in for 2 couples in our party, one at last-minute notice, and didn't charge them for the additional breakfast. They also assisted with taxis and restaurant bookings - very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small - manageable if you are mostly out and about. On the second floor the rooms face the restuarant and can be a bit noisy, and also there's a screen fro privacy from the restaurant so there is no view of the street - slightly claustrophobic, so ask for higher floors.

Room Tip: higher up is better

The staff were extremely helpful for my entire stay. The room was very nice and felt cozy and had a lot of character. It was within walking distance to all places I wanted to go to while staying. Very good breakfast. Everything was great about this hotel!

The location was great for visiting museums and other sites!

We stumbled on this little gem by accident... We got a little lost and so happy we did. Great food, great view and great service all while you watch ships sail over the Bosphorus. Just doesn't get much better than this! Absolutely sensational. I know where we'll be staying next time we're in this beautiful city...

The location of this little hotel is awesome: A few steps away one of the main restaurant and bar strips in the old town. It's quiet at night, but everything is reachable by foot. The room was small (like all hotel rooms in this area) but comfortable. The aircon worked without much noise and the bed provided a proper night of sleep.
Breakfast was perfectly fine. Unfortunately they don't serve it at the rooftop restaurant but at street level.
The staff is very friendly, but pushing the tourist tours quite a bit.
Overall, good value for money.
