We stayed for 2 nights last week. The staff are all very friendly, personable and very happy to help. Thankyou John, Tarek and Takford for making our stay even more memorable. Chatting with you was also fun and very interesting. The lobby area is very inviting and happy hour is awesome. Nice wine and light snacks. Breakfast is good quality (best shakshuka of all the hotels we stayed on our recent 3 week trip to Israel). The rooms are okay but do the job nicely. The location of the hotel is brilliant, right near Jaffa Street. The tram stop is very close which is perfect for going to the old city, main bus/train station or Mahane Yehuda Market. The market is also walking distance. ben Yehuda Street is a 2 minute walk. Restaurants are plentiful right outside.

Great location, great staff. Real nice bufet breakfast. Older building nicely renovated rooms. We're a family with 3 teens. We stayed in two rooms, they supplied a small fold away bed for the third kid, kindly had it setup prior to our arrival.

Room tip: Parking anywhere downtown appreared to be difficult. Dont drive if it isnt necessary. Use a taxi or hire car

Harmony Hotel in Jerusalem is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is ideal, right in downtown Jerusalem, quite close to the light rail, and also quite close to a lot of good restaurants. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, best I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff is professional and competent. And very friendly and helpful. The manager, Ayala Dekel, goes out of her way to make sure that you have a good stay. It's a hotel I've been staying in for years, and hope to stay in for many more years.
If you can't get a room at Harmony, there are two related hotels that you could try Arthur and Bezalel, but I haven't been to either of them.

My boyfriend and I went there for Hannukah, and the everything was magical and lovely. He happened to propose, but the staff and manager didn't know that, and still made us feel so welcome and comfortable like royalty... Tried to help us, and every guest of the hotel, with whatever they could. Each worker there was so lovely (even when they heard my fiance say there's no almond milk, but only soy, they brought him almond milk)
The closet was a bit small, but other than that: everything was PERFECT:
It's in the center of Jerusalem, so we walked everywhere by foot.
The hotel is beautiful and equipped with everything (hair dryer, a lovely lounge with a TV and board games, umbrellas etc..)
The workers really try to help with everything
And Tareck, the manager, is so kind.
Really recommended!

Room tip: The closet was a bit small... Plus, it's in the center of Jerusalem, so it might be loud and busy (which can be wonderful and accessible..
