We had a fantastic experience at Orient. Well maintained, great service and real value for money. Highly recommended.
We stayed at the special rooms in the old templers building, which were very comfortable.

Dear 244guys,

The stunning Orient Jerusalem, part of the Isrotel Exclusive Collection, offers a vacation experience of unparalleled elegance amid the bustling cosmopolitan city. Its central location makes it the perfect starting point for exploring a vast array of local attractions, including the First Station (the historic train station-turned-entertainment hub), sprawling Liberty Bell Park, Mishkenot Sha'ananim (the first neighborhood to be built outside the Old City walls), and a wealth of restaurants and boutiques within the German Colony.

The hotel's innovative architecture perfectly blends with the city's glorious past. Guests of the Heritage Buildings, which date to the time of the Templers and have undergone loving and meticulous restoration, can enjoy the most indulgent and elite vacation experience with a daily newspaper, a gourmet chef's gift, access to the exclusive business lounge, and more.
During your stay at the Orient Jerusalem, you can enjoy the outdoor rooftop pool and its magnificent vista, and the relaxing indoor pool on the spa level. Guests are also invited to indulge in the fitness room, saunas and Turkish baths as well as a large selection of treatments in the renowned Carmel Forest Spa.

It was a pleasure to read that your recent stay in the IsrotelOrient Hotel lived up to all you hoped it would be.
We shall look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
Best Regards
Dorin

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely neighborhood. We stayed in a room that faced the Colony (Moshava), and the view was very charming. The room wasn't large, but it was big enough and comfortable. It's possible that rooms that face the First Station (Tachana) are not quiet like our room was because in the evenings, we heard very loud music coming from there as we passed by.

At times, we relaxed in the beautiful lobby/lounge and found the chairs and couches there to be EXTREMELY comfortable.

The dining room is elegantly designed, and we really enjoyed our breakfasts there. We are very early risers, so it suited us to have breakfast when the dining room first opened. Naturally, there were very few guests having breakfast at such an early hour, so we were immediately served coffee and the eggs of our preference. Since breakfast is my favorite time of the day, I couldn't have been happier. Some reviewers mentioned having to wait a long time to be served, but I think this is a typical problem with most hotels during popular breakfast hours, especially when the hotel is fully booked.

The 4 elevators are small, but most of the time, we didn't have to wait more than a minute or 2. The only time we found it a bit annoying was when we wanted to go downstairs in order to check out. As to be expected at that hour, many other guests needed to go downstairs as well, so we had to wait longer than usual for an elevator. The fact that 1 of the elevators was out of order naturally added to the wait time.

Throughout our stay, we found the entire staff to be extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. The staff at reception, in the lobby and in the dining room seemed very eager to please the guests.

30 min wait for breakfast is not fun, another 30 for an egg. Pool is phenomenal however pool and surrounding terrace does not fit the hotel’s occupancy, super crowded, chairs are crumped up close together to ‘fit’ the crowd. Too many times 2/4 elevators out of service and looong wait to move up or down. Some staff really nice, others far from it, overall mediocre hotel. Im usually a fan of Isrotel’s exclusive collection hotels, this one should definitely not be included in that set.

Room tip: Take something else

Modern hotel between boutique hotel and big hotel.
Staff were amazing, smart, nice and help guest for everything. Is good point of hotel.
Good location Also front of new train station is food market really good if you have kids you can give them eat before you go out and also play area for kids.
Spa gréât indoor swimming pool wow amazing little bit cold water.
Breakfast fast fresh but miss some items for 5 stars hotel some buffet are very small as bread or croissant .
Lobby and interior court very beautiful.
Room modern little bit small for Jerusalem compare to other hotel in same category. Really need to improve cleaning in room 3 days the powder of milk baby stays front on tv. Bathroom spacious only raw material are bronze so is looking like old or not clean.
Don’t waste your money for old city view can’t see is to far and need to be on side of terrace to see.
Bad point rooftop swimming pool really not swimming pool for 5 stars hotel. Not transat only chairs impossible to relax in middle of week not space to seat. Too many people on the water isn’t intimist. The view is really beautiful but for relax time you have to choose other hotel in Jerusalem.
For winter is good place to be.

Room tip: If you are looking for relax time in swimming pool forget it Parking is 60 shekels by night but on day each time you go out you have to pay
