The accomodations, food and ambience were awesome. One comment about keys if you are there for Shabbat. You receive a ''regular'' key for Shabbat. However, you need a doctorate in physics to know how to.open the lock. We finally had to call security, who showed how to turn the key a half turn and then engage the handle. I assisted many others over Shabbat in opening their doors. For a magnificent hotel, it is a foolish problem to give the guests. I highly recommend fixing that issue.
