We spent Simchat Torah there, and in the absence of the normal American group that comes for Sukkot we didn't know what to expect but it was beautiful. Shabtai Eisenstat led beautiful tefillot; the rooms are great; the food was superb. We had a very quiet floor which was much needed and appreciated. All together a nice way to end our Sukkot holiday

This is really a tour hotel but in the absence of tour groups it is managing valiantly to keep its guests happy. The staff are extremely helpful and respond quickly to guest requests, even when the hotel is full at the weekends. The food was plentiful and tasty. The Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.
I don’t know even where to begin. Personally, I’m very disappointed. The price you pay doesn’t come close to what you get. I got the feeling the Hotel is understaffed and not very professional.

In general the service by employers was very kind and helpful. Specially Rakan, he is very attentive. I’m a first time traveler to Jerusalem and rakan answered all the questions i had, if you want good pizza he is the to go guy!
Good hotel in good location.
There is a good pool, spa&gym opened in winter from 6 to 23.00
And more important, the peoples from reception - there did our staying great! Angi Istanbuli, Rakan from Beit Safafa, and Salah the best receptierest and great people.
Our Presenters and team all stayed at the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel for the full duration of our stay & had an Amazing Experience!
