Situated bang in the middle of the Main Street in the heart of Jerusalem. Very boutique style as it’s not too big. Rooms are beautifully designed. Slight outdated. Very helpful staff. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre. Great for business people too.

This hotel is in an excellent location for food and the Old City. However, it is in a pedestrian only location and as such, if you are arriving by taxi, your driver needs to call the hotel; give the license number and then the hotel needs to let you in. This takes a while and cars get backed up and creates a "balagan." If you want to take a taxi anywhere, you need to walk past the gate to access your taxi OR wait and wait and wait for the gate to open for your taxi to come in. Again, this is not a big deal for those without physical limitations; however, if you are elderly or have mobility issues, this is a pain. This probably isn't the fault of the hotel, but even so, I think the hotel could do a better job moderating the gate and ensuring that you can get your taxi. The staff try but are overwhelmed and understaffed. Breakfast is plentiful but pricey. Room was clean but small for the price. If you are elderly or have mobility issues I would look elsewhere.

Dear Chaya,t
Thank you for your detailed review, we do appreciate you took your time to write about your experience,
we were also pleased to hear that you loved our location and our food.
Regarding to the "gate" on Shamai st. , unfortunately there is not much the hotel can do about it. this "Gate" is been operated by Jerusalem Municipality, we only have the option to update licence plate, so that the cars will be able to go through. Usually it takes no more than a few minutes to enter but sometimes there are a lot of cars, this is the chance you take when your hotel is in the very center of Jerusalem.
We hope that you will consider to stay with us again only this time advise us about the way you will be arriving so that we will be able to assist you.

This was our second stay in 2 months, and we will happily return. The location, on the pedestrian mall in the heart of Jerusalem, between the Shuk and the Old City, is out standing. Great restaurants right near by. Service glitches in November have all been resolved. Kids loved the indoor pool.
