I found this a comfortable, simple studio in a great neighborhood of central Tel Aviv, an easy walk to the beach and to the Carmel Market. 2nd floor studio is bare-bones less inviting than it looks in the photo, which was photo-shopped. It could stand a reading light for the bed and cushion chair to sit on, but was otherwise quiet and the bed perfectly comfortable. A loud fight between neighbors rang out one night, but it was otherwise quiet. Dor was a terrific host and provided many good concierge-like recommendations. I would definitely stay there again as there's no beating the location.
