Description: "The cookies just came out of the oven" is a phrase so often heard by customers at Cafe Xoho. With different flavors coming out of the oven every morning, the love and care can be sensed through the delicious smells in the air, and the art on every plate. From cookies to cakes and art to music, the word 'homemade' is a perfect description of this home away from home, in the centre of Tel Aviv. Come and play with us at 17 Gordon Street, near the corner of Ben Yehuda!

I ordered the egg'n'cheese, which was a very good breakfast sandwich. A companion got the bagel and shmear with the house cured salmon. The salmon is amazing, and a must get. Sunny side up is what you would expect, but good labneh. Pastries were good.

Came here for brunch. The selection is limited (too much of the same food). Just a bit bland, and not really creative. I had the Market Brunch (don't remember the name exactly) which was 2 sunny side up eggs on top of cheddar/jalapeno patties and israeli salad. The patties were burned, so it just was tasteless. Also ppl claim they have best chocolate chip cookies (CCC)....I'm a cookie monster and it is possible to find great CCC in Tel Aviv, just not at cafe xoho. The gluten free cookies were so flat and oily....they can work on the recipe. The had a lot of interesting healthy lunch options, so I would come back to try those at some point...

I was a regular at Xoho when they first opened on Mapu St. It was a special place to me and remained close to my heart when I returned to the states. When I heard they were moving to a bigger space I was worried the charm and intimacy that made it so special would be lost. After coming back to Tel Aviv to visit I was proven completely wrong. With Xoli, the owner, at the helm, and employees who clearly love working there, it embodies an air of joy and you can taste it in the food. This is a special place in Tel Aviv, the ingredients and recipes are fresh, creative and amazing. While there is a lot of reviews about this being "American" it is truly Israeli in its own right. Do not miss this while you are in Tel Aviv - it would be a big mistake and ALWAYS...ALWAYS get the beer bread special....

Cute little cafe in Tel aviv.
We went for lunch on a busy weekend, and were amazed by the amount of people.
Large amounts of people going in and out, the place was always moving.
There was a large amount of Tourists/students speaking English, even some of the waiters preferred to take our order in English.
The food took some time to arrive, and wasn't all that amazing.
however there were great vibes and amazing baked goods.
