My wife and I spent a weekend (two nights) at the Prima City Tel Aviv. The staff were helpful and attentive. The check-in clerk noticed that we were assigned to a room on the seventh floor but could not use the elevator on the Sabbath, and he took the initiative to move us to the first floor.
The food in the dining room was tasty and attractively presented, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The one drawback was that the airflow in the room was not as good as I would have hoped, even with the air conditioning on.
I would be happy to stay there again.More
