Unlike Sarona Market, which is manicured and monitored, Levinski is full of surprises, and, probably, not much changed over the years. Wander down side and back streets and take in wondrous smells and sites. The name is meaningful to me, but I am unable to go into details here. Though it was the name that attracted me, smells and tastes will linger for the epicurean—and even if one is not. I was there close to end of business day, and for a coffee date a few streets away, so was only able to browse through wares of merchants still open later. Better to go earlier to get full sense of things.
