Hotel itself is only about 700 meters from Masjidil Haram which is really not so bad. But the fact that its located on a hill means that its quite a climb. Though they provide shuttle buses, it's not to go up and down the hill and about 300ish meters from Masjidil Haram. For senior citizens or the disabled, this can be really tiring and tedious. But, there are 2 short cuts that you can take that can cut your journey. Instead of turning left and going downhill when you exit the hotel, turn right and and go straight towards the next hotel at the curb of the road and take the lift down or go a bit further and take the stairs.

Rooms are decent and comfortable. The 10 of us shared between us, 2, three person rooms and 2, two person rooms. The bathrooms are a bit snug but still comfortable and the water pressure is great. Room amenities are decent and the bed spreads are comfy.

Breakfast is very bread heavy and is more towards the middle east palate. But it's delicious and the main/ egg dishes changes everyday. Its filling and lasts me upwards of lunch.

Staff is not so friendly ( don't expect beaming smiles) but they do they work. I guess that's just how they are. So, its no surprise.

WiFi signal is pretty decent and gets better and the lower levels.
There's also a laundry and convenience store near by ( 1 min walk )

(Do note that I'm reviewing this hotel in comparison to other hotels I've stayed in Mekah and not to hotels in other location)

Room Tip: Try to get the suite style room (2 rooms in 1 big room) - you'll get more space.

It should be very clearly mentioned that although the property is about 500 Meters from Haram, this distance is through 87 Stairs that are filthy and completely unhygienic. So dirty that you cannot even hold the rail.
The transport they provide takes you only to the foot of hill, then you walk 1 KM to Haram. On return no transport is available.
Breakfast is based on food left over from the last night's dinner. Have never seen a breakfast comprising dinner items. No fresh or dry fruit not even dates.
Rooms are very small, beds have extremely deformed mattresses and bath rooms are without bath tub.

Room Tip: Haram thru 87 filthy stairs. Van to downhill walk >1KM. B/F last night's left over. Rooms wi...

Although booking websites show it as a 4 star, I can bet that it even doesn't deserve to be called a 3 star. Really pathetic location over the hill so for senior citizens it a straight no. Beds are cracked and washroom are so small that you hardly can fit in them. The lobby is okay but again breakfast is disappointing where every thing is cooked for Arabs. The thing I liked was shuttle service but the staff of hotel too isn't very friendly. Never visit it

On checked in they are nice and even talk to you in English, but once you complain about anything or need service they wont even talk to you. Worst customer service at all. Main thing is this hotel is on height so going down and coming back up is not easy specially for families. They do have a shuttle service but only runs between prayer times. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone paying top dollar for 5 start hotel and get no customer service.

Room Tip: This hotel is located on height, not a easy access. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone staying wi...
