From the front desk to house keeping, the hotel staff did leave some mark in the customer service which would rarely make me leave a review as this. My experience at this hotel stay is the worst till date. Front desk took almost half a day to clarify a simple reservation clarification. This needed them a regular followup from me. There were several breakdowns in the room from water completing stopped working for 3 mornings and house keeping leaving enough dust in the room and used shampoo and used spoon back in the shelf.
When I decided to come to the restaurant for a change for the buffet dinner, options were so few but shocking thing was the amount of flies sitting on every food there spread for the guests as well as on the table.
The list goes on and on but .. I thought just highlight few for now.
Not all clean looking hotels are actual clean is the eye opener as far as my stay at this Hotel is concerned.More
