After travelling for 41 hours from New Zealand, we were really tired and unsure where we were going in Kuwait City but after a quick phone call to the hotel, they quickly sent someone to pick us up for free!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and for us, within walking distance to the Kuwait Towers.

I'd recommend this hotel although we only stayed one night due to our travel plans.

Stayed one night between two flights and this hotel suited my needs. The room was outdated so is the hotel but it was clean with a large confy bed and good wifi. Not sure why some reviews mention it is in a slum as the location is good, in the business district, close to many restaurants and to the souk. The hotel can book a taxi for you to the airport for 6 KWD. From the airport to the hotel i took bus number 13 for 0.25 KWD and it drops you near the Sheraton hotel which is a 10 minutes walk to Carlton hotel. I would stay here again if the price is right.

This hotel should be closed down or downgraded to no star status. It is situated in a slum area in Kuwait City. The rooms are outdated. Furniture is worn out and the beds are old and used up. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see the view. There is no restaurants in the area and the hotel's breakfast room is so tacky that I did not even eat breakfast. I booked out after deciding to find alternative accomodation. This is a cheap low class hotel. Stay away. No complimentary water or coffee facilities. Barfridge with no consumables in.

Even though the hotel has been refurbished, bad management has let this hotel down. Not again when I am back for business. Location wise it's close to many places of interest that I have for my business.

Not sure whether the owners know the true value of the hotel.

The location is perfect , also it was a cheap stay as a solo traveler i would recommend it , however it wasn't as clean as it looks on the photos and the room was less than average , AC was really bad so don't stay during summer , also the parking is really small usually closed at night , don't expect much from the mini bar .
