The hotel is located in the hear of Hamra, just off the Hamra street. All bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The Delax Twin room had a balcony with two chairs, the room was spaces and clean. However, coffee/tea and toiletries were not refilled unless you asked for it. AC was a bit noisy. Wifi worked well. The breakfast was ok.

Location of Hotel is good. The room and furniture are old. The breakfast is so-so and is severed cold. We get only canned juice in breakfast. There is not much of sunlight in the room. The Non Smoking room and floor was smelling smoke.
Above all, the worst part was that the room had lot of mosquitoes. It was unbearable and i couldn't even sleep properly.

Room tip: Avoid if possible.

The only good thing I say about the place is that it's well located. Apart from that, everything is old and knackered. AC is very noisy and rooms are facing the other building so there is no sunlight even daytime. Breakfast so-so if you stay day or two but a bit tiring for a linger stay, not much healthy alternatives. WI-Fi extremely poor, most of the time none existing. I would never go back if only I can afford something in better standard.

This is the experience none of us would want to go through! Literally on checkout, and while we had done the prebooking on booking.com with a set price in dollars, watch out the way they overcharge you and make you pay more, calculating euros as practically equivalent to dollars, claiming that your official booking is not entirely valid, and ending up charging you more than what was stated in WRITING on prebooking.
The hotel is otherwise clean, with a decent breakfast which however charges extra for any coffee other than filter (even extra for arabic coffee!). Rooms are spacious; none of them has any view other than on the opposite buildings' back side; bathrooms are neat and kept clean.

Room tip: better try elsewhere
