Convenient

I was hoping to have breakfast at 360 restaurant but unfortunately it was under renovation. The hotel room was clean and modern. But quite small compared to standard 5 star hotel. The amenities was fine. The lobby was huge though and very welcoming. The best thing about this hotel was it has direct connection to villaggio mall. Walking distance to Khalifa stadium. Very convenient.

Dinner in 360

Had dinner in 360 restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, nice view for entire city, piano .
Food variety is average, same as prices, but very tasty. Had rissotto, appetizers, chiken all are good.
Nice service from the asian waiter (dont remember his name) he is friendly and helpful
Happy to reccomend to visit.

Room tip: Advance reservation required. Often place is fully booked

Good experience

Good experience, my kids was amazed with their high tech room which you can use ipad for controlling the room lights and curtains. Room was cozy, but we are a little bit disapppinted on their pool, it was very small, but we enjoy dining on breakfast and lunch especially in the FLYING CARPET Restaurant. I would like also to give thanks to the house keeping team at reception staff. And Flying Carpet Restaurant team namely Aya, Saira and Nyrenz for taking care of us especially my kids during our stay..

The torch

Outstanding service from the staff, they’re all accommodating and friendly in a professional way. The hotel is nice, aesthetic is excellent and the room is spacious and clean. Everything you’ll need is provided. Concerns were all just one call away and they will respond immediately. Special mention to Ms. Liezel for being considerate.. Everything is awesome! From their service, food and ambiance. Will highly recommend it and we will surely be back for another stay. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service and staycation experience

Hotel

The Torch Doha @TheTorchDoha

📌Entrance and Reception:
Unique facade and interiors. Upon scanning of bags, bag tags will be placed and kept for carrying by their staff. The reception area is simple. Fast check-in process.

Staffs are superbly accommodating. They will be explaining the hotel facilities during your way to your room. Inside the room, he will be guiding you on how to use the ipad, which controls the room's lighting, curtains and entertainment services.

Villagio Mall is near and you will have your own walkway going there. Entrance and exit can be access through your room key card. The access floor is located in the Gate 4 of the mall near the food court.

📌Room:
Room is simple, and has a stable wifi connection. Drinks in the mini-fridge are free of charge. Toiletries and slippers readily available. High-tech functionality, all controlled by the ipad.

Staff and housekeeping services are really recommendable. Free flowing of bottled waters, toiletries and basic needs. No need to requests.

📌Food:
Open Breakfast buffet is from 7am-11am in the Flying Carpet Restaurant. Wide selections of foods and beverages. I personally liked their selection of bread and pastries. All are Freshly baked!

📌Amenities:
Swimming pool is from 7am to 7pm. No need for reservations. The pool is outdoor located in the 16th floor. It is small but the view is something to look forward to.

📌Check-out:
Hassle-free check-out (less than a minute only).

Conclusions:
5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
