First and foremost thank you Mr Mohammad Harb and Ms Aidana for going out of your way to make our stay unique and special. Both are wonderfully helpful and made our stay at The Torch , home away from home. Everything about this hotel is great! The entire staff is wonderful. They are always happy to help. The security are so nice, the room service is amazing specially Um Ali and the Chicken Biryani! Thank you for making our stay always wonderful!

My expectations where incredibly high ... however the experience was extremely dull. Reception and entire atmosphere in hotel is very bland ... although check-in was smooth, no explanation of hotel facilities for instance or anything. The room is actually quiet modern .. however mattress very uncomfortable.
Breakfast restaurant is ok.
Overall would not recommend unless have to.
Side note: The hotel does not serve alcohol
The Hotel is luxury & The Staff are professional and deal with you excellently, and if something goes wrong, you will be compensated quickly
SPA is Ok as well
They have pool outdoor
Sawna & steam room
Rooms are smsrt & you can control by ipad
Light can be colored as well

It’s the kind of hotels that take you in a vacation state! Going back to the image I’ve noticed that I didn’t take any photos but I remember having great time!
There’s a masseuse who I unfortunately forgot her name but she had a good impact on my mother. Forever grateful to her for treating my mum with care and kindness.
The hotel is next to mall which is great for shopping.
