Mr. Roger at the reception is a very nice welcoming guest professional!!!! In Sheraton Khalydiah. His very nice sweet smile and Knows how to deal with his guest in a very very professional way!! I wish him all the best!

Worst service

We tried to order food and it took almost two hours to get only the menu, when we ordered it was incomplete. The security guards are very rude more the one in the entrances and instead of give solutions they make worst and blame us.

Mr Nabil Iguadi the receptionist was so rude and so unprofessional speaks with negative attitude which made me just leave hotel and write this report. What a shame. He should be working in from desk at all. This not acceptable in Abu Dhabi and hotel management should take action …….,,,,,,,………..,.,,,,,,,..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,………………………………………………………………………………………………….

The hotel in good location but the hotel need a lot of renovation the room too old a lot of work required to be 4 stars the staff friendly but need a lot of training as well to deal with the guest I had order breakfast in the room and it’s cost AED 78 but when I get the check was AED 115 ??? And I have to pay for the parking!!!! That’s something new for me after 11 years in UAE that I have to pay for hotel parking the bathroom need a lot of work as hotel bathroom, don’t disturb sign not available in the room, the bathroom not thing I really like the floor smells, I had booked stander room and I was upgraded to sea view it was nice touch from the FO team but the rest of the facility need a lot to f work to make me return back and stay at the hotel

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTION STAFF. THERE IS DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN GUESTS! Receptionist is rude and not accommodating! Worst experience i had in all hotels than i've stayed in abu dhabi, this is the worst!
